All messages that were trashed in Outlook still appear in All Mail when accessed using webmail, even days later. With that said - the "delayed syncing" issue that I am experiencing is happening on Inbox as well as Junk folders. So my Junk folders do not have that box checked, but the Inbox doesn't have a box to be be checked - their behavior is the same they are both not syncing, until I manually click on them to force the sync. I have half dozen mail accounts a few microsoft a gamil and some other ones and there is no difference they are all acting the same. Why IMAP Folder is Not Properly Syncing?
Look at the mail server settings boxes for password and port settings they’re the ones you need to delete and reapply. I use both webmail and Outlook desktop client to access my Gmail. I am normally looking at the All Mail folder on Outlook. Whenever I drag messages from the All Mail folder to the Trash folder on Outlook, these messages reset cached Exchange mode remain visible in the All Mail folder when accessed via webmail.

The responsables of the mail told us to move all the mails from past years to a new account to reduce it's size, but after doing that it doesn't seems to be working. This problem isn't anything new, this happens every year or so, but this time it just isn't getting fixed. Suspect some Apple Dev's have been lazy with some code in IOS18's mail.app and its causing the issue.If you are forced to use IMAP, I would recommend switching to an alternative E-Mail client like Thunderbird Thunderbird — Free Your Inbox.Ok so my mistake the Properties option is there when right clicking folder - I was only focused on right clicking on the email address to take me to server setting I was not clicking on the actual folder.I right click a folder and Properties and it take me to attached windows.The account is used as IMAP in all customer support clients, every time you set up the mail in anyones computer it just sync 30-50GB ost files...For example, you can disconnect from the Internet and make changes.So, here are the solutions you solve the problem of the IMAP folder not syncing.But only when you close/open the mail again.I access the IMAP servers from 3 different machines, and they all see the changes from each other.
